5+ Years of Experience
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of company plans for QA team
- Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for team operations
- Collaborate with the PMs to plan the required capacity based on different projects schedules and priorities
- Develop teamwork mentality and create new standards to be implemented through the team
- Collaborate with the business development in bidding and proposals
- Define the required resources based on the pipeline, and work with HR in finding the required resources and evaluate them
- Report the team performance in plans implementation and project progress to the management on regular basis
- Act as quality assurance lead
- Provide guidance and/or instructions to junior staff members
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, industrial engineering, information system or related field
- 6 or more years of Quality Assurance experience
- Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products
- Proven experience in the operation processes
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
