RealSoft Showcases Leadership in AI and Statistics at the 8th International Conference of the Union of Arab Statisticians in Erbil, Iraq

RealSoft Advanced Applications, a leading provider of data and digital transformation solutions, participated in the 8th International Conference of the Union of Arab Statisticians, hosted by Tishk International University in Erbil during April 2025. The event saw broad participation from official bodies, academic institutions, and statistical organizations across the Arab world.

This participation reflects RealSoft’s ongoing role as a Board Member of the Union and one of the official conference sponsors, held under the theme:
“Synergy Between Artificial Intelligence and Effective Statistics to Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.”
During the conference, RealSoft shared practical insights and field expertise on harnessing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies to advance Arab statistical practices.

The company contributed to one of the main panel discussions with a working paper titled: “Digital Synergy Between Census Data and User Needs”
The paper addressed key challenges in maximizing the value of census data and explored modern technologies needed to better align such data with the needs of planners and decision-makers. RealSoft also presented its tailored solutions in this space, including the use of AI in statistics, data portals, classification engines, and intelligent dashboards.

In addition, RealSoft presented a scientific research paper titled: “Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to Forecast Unemployment Rates Using Time Series Models.”
The presentation showcased a practical model demonstrating the potential of machine learning to generate accurate labor market forecasts using both national and experimental data, thereby enhancing institutional capabilities in forward-looking, data-driven decision-making.
